Stress.....

So I managed to stress myself so much that I had to go to the hospital today left with a diagnosis of stress

Anyone know of a nice quiet beach I can take my kids to for the day? like with sand and shells and not many people. I need a mini vacation....

For real? Is your blood pressure through the roof to? Never knew you were stressed that much. With all the fish how could you be stressed? LOL Anywho make a big tent in the living room and pretend to be in a far away arabian land riding horses

No blood pressure is fine, just felt like I was having a stroke or heart attack or something. scared the snot out of me!

OMG that would be terrifying! Did you ever make it to the docs or just go straight to the ER?

Went to the er like an hour after you left, got too scary to wait for the doctors appointment.

Glad it's just stress and nothing super major. Not that stress isn't bad or anything. Sounds like ya need to put the salt tank on hold for like a week and take a time out. The tanks won't be going anywhere

Ya I can't the incoming salt cant be put on hold... I have vixen taking care of the move and set up for me.

Marco island beach has shells and normally ain't busy at all especially tiger tail beach

J... glad to hear it wasn't anything more serious!.. Marco sounds good or you can go a bit more south and hit goodland... quaint lil fishing village.. pop. 320 in the 2000 census.. Great cheap food. Or..make it a longer trek and visit the manatee's in the Crystal River!..If a manatee doesn't make all your stress disappear you're beyond hope!..LOL

I think we are gonna try along the sanibel causeway before the toll.... from what I recall all that's out there are a few random folks fishing.
I dont think the kids would be too thrilled with the long drive to marco.

Close to 20 years ago, while dating my current wife.. I had a ton of airmiles and hotel accomadations. Flew into Miami, rented a Mustang Convert.. Bought a cheap cooler.. loaded it up with beverages and drove over to Marco..Four nights free lodging at the Marco Marriot..Pulling in.. both of us with a bit of a load on.. handed off the car to valet parking.. Got to the room and did what dating couples do of course.. then wandered around the area... Approached the valet parking guy and asked him "Where would you take your g/f for a special date"... Goodland was his answer!.. We had a freaking blast till the wee hours of the morning.. Met a bunch of great people, ended up partying with a number of them. A month after we got back they were in the news: Marjor Marijuana Drop-off Point - Goodland, Fla...... We then realized why the natives were so friendly!.. Bill in Va.

So you got a B.S. diagnosis of too much B.S. oh that just cracks me up.

Best beach by far is the last one in Captiva, don't know the name except it's where the road ends. Parking sucks if you don't get there early lot only holds about 20 cars but the beach is great, plenty of scallop shells, and they have a boat that stops by a couple times and it sells food, soda, and ice cream. Bring a pail of water to was off cause they don't have a rinse off (only porta johns).
