    I will be transfering all my tanks to the garage cuz im setting up that room for my little boy, im making a nice rack for 12 tanks which means i will be adding more tanks on the future (i only have 6), pics will be coming soon, any advices on setups are welcome!!

    I can loan you my fish totes to hold them while you break down and move the tanks.

    Give yourself at least 8" of clearance above the tanks, 10" is better though.

    Yeah i tought about that, i will be buying the wood next week and starting to build the rack..

    Home made racks save so much room and money. Kids growing up and getting their own room.

    yes they do.. my daugther is turning 5 soon and shes already claiming space lol, so my boy needs his own male looking room so.. besides that gives me an excuse to put more tanks lol (it wont bother my wife!!)

    You are lucky to be in Fla....My fish are in the garage and keeping the temperature right has been a hassle here in SC

    Still need an a/c and heater in garages here. But a space heater is enough.

    Well they are in FL but I think I still have pictures of those things. Yes you kids stands the things fish sit on lmao.

    The guy I bought my house from had a workbench setup in the garage with a shelf about 20inches below the top so I have converted that to the beginning of my rack. It works well because It saves space and I spend all my time in the garage. Would love to see pics once you build your racks.
