I agree with dano, its an albino or leucistic axolotl. I have a wild type axolotl baby as my avatar... I haven't named him yet! Also known as waterdogs!

Yep! They prefer cold water (similar to goldfish) slow current and get about a foot long. You can house an adult in a 10 and a pair in a 20 gal. I love mine!

Buy em from the bait store as water dogs. I hook them through the lip and jig them. They look exactly like your pic except they're not white.
