My oscar, Brutus

So that's Brutus, a year and 9 months ago. The picture's kinda blurry, that's because it was taken on my old phone and he was on the move

What is the pot in the tank for? Don't tell me you feed the fish like a dog and it eats from the bowl, lol.

oddly enough he likes to hang out in there. kinda like how cichlids make little dugouts in sand. i'm not sure if oscars do that, but he seems to like the bowl. he just sits in there sometimes, maybe does a tiny circle in it

Try a few whiffle balls in there, he should play with them

I had an oscar that would fetch ping pong balls for me. I cant recall how I got him to do it, but it was pretty damn cool. I'm pretty sure that it was simply a fact of me having WAY too much time on my hands and probably being under the constant influence of a controlled substance
