So I found a home for my big koi yesterday, he was getting too big for my small pond.
To my amazement I pulled out this guy affraid

Pretty sure its a Mayan cichlid, haven't a clue how it got there, may have come in as an egg on the plants I got from the ditch scratch
So I haven't a clue what to do with this fish! I didn't have the heart to put him down and no where to put him..... So I called kpetriella They have a jag and a red devil! tankmate!!!! So ran the stowaway over to their place last night and him and the red devil are getting along great!

Moral of the story, you never know whats lurking in your pond.......

You warm weather folks find the coolest things in your ponds LOL up here I'm lucky to find a frog but most times the goldys make a snack of them
