Oh.. this tank has been up and running for 8 months or so.. No new fish.. no new plants, nothing introduced other than the spare bug that flies in and takes residence..
I've about 20 or more adult Angels in a 125.. heavily planted.. BUT I've now got 3 pairs of pre-spawners.. quite contentious in the tank.. BUT.. two of the Silvers have now developed what looks like "pimple white-heads" on fins and sides. I've pulled them from the tank of course.. treating them with a general "fix all" med.. Any suggestions?.. Bill in Va.

Bill, sorry they don't sell clearasill anymore, remember you used that cream for your own zits...ha...ha...ha... :-)

On a serious note: Take them out and apply a dap of Hydrogen Peroxide on each zit with a Q-Tip. Don't let the Peroxide fall in the gills.

Put the fish back in the tank. One application should do, give it a few days.
