    Tetra's for a new user

Post by williemcd on Thu Mar 10, 2011 4:40 pm

Back into the hobby after a looooong absence. In order to minimize my mistakes, I'm starting with a couple of community tanks. I'm doing this on the cheap so be kind to me. I'm looking for a half dozen or so of the following: Long Fin Serpae's, Cardinals (8 - 10) and Diamonds. Right now I've a school of 14 Black neons, 4 std neons (trade for them anyone?).. I black skirt (again on the trading block). 3 Cardinals. And can anyone recommend a goldish color tet that would add that element of color to a 35 - 50 gallon tank.
Normal shipping charges are expected but it sure would be nice if someone close by Richmond could supply!

Up to you if you would like to trade a couple of yours for the 6 tets. Im open to whatever you wanna trade. Haha Ill be stealing the serpaes from my daughter but she doesnt even look at them any more after only a week.

Did it have a scientific name or just the common? She knows her stuff on cories anyway so I am sure she is right. I can also tell the difference if you ever need future reference haha.

She identified them as " Corydoras paleatus" and I wouldn't doubt her if she said the moon was made of cheese! Bill
